Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone, role, company, location), the project content you create or upload (drawings, documents, schedules, BOMs, invoices, messages, wishlists), and basic technical/usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service, coordinate your project among the people you invite, secure accounts, send transactional notifications, and improve nearhud. We do not sell your personal data.

Where GDPR or India's DPDP Act applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, with your consent where required, and to meet legal obligations. Specific bases per processing activity to be finalized by counsel.

Project content is shared only with the people you invite, per the visibility rules you set. We rely on a small set of sub-processors to run nearhud: Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Anthropic (optional AI features). We don't sell data or share it for advertising.

We keep your data while your account is active. nearhud uses soft-deletes, so deleted records may be retained for a limited period for recovery, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes before removal.

We protect your data with access controls, encryption, and audited server-side access — see our Security page for specifics.

Subject to applicable law, you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can export a full archive of any project yourself at any time. To make a request, contact us below.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication and core functionality (including offline support). We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

nearhud serves users in the US and India; data may be processed in either region or by our sub-processors elsewhere, with appropriate safeguards. Transfer mechanisms to be finalized by counsel.

nearhud is not directed to children and is intended for adults.
